Idk how g.c are better

Any one have any advice on a PC upgrade? for a better cooler, I got the ryzen 7 5800x and its running kinda hot with my old cooler for the ryzen 5 3600x can any one give me advice?

I sometimes force closed while playing PUBG, my old pc was i5-3570k with 16gb ram and gtx970. At first I thought it was normal because of my old hardware, but apparently this happened to my friend's new laptop with i7-11800h 16gb ram and rtx3060 . Maybe someone has the same experience
