Pretty much every console nowadays is encrypted in a way that they can’t take outside scripts into the console anymore. Back in the day you had Xbox 360s/ps3’s with USB flash drives getting mod menus on GTA five, call duty world at war, etc.. even with those old GEN consoles after while they updated it, and you had to use things like J tags which were physical hardware, mounted to your motherboard to force format scripts downloaded off your computer to that console. After a while that became obsolete as well, that’s where dev consoles are king. even nowadays, it’s almost impossible to get your hands on a new GEN dev console. If you get one, they are still heavily monitored by their IP addresses, accounts logged in, etc. So you could only really do off-line stuff.

its possible if you have a cronus zen, but i dont think theres many other ways of doing that on ps4 cause you cant run external programs on it.
