I dont think you can unban your account but you should be able to get another account.

i think even the pros cant unban their accounts

I got banned as well and no sadly there is no way to unban yourself but if you contact rockstargames there might be a chance of getting unabnned. In case it's your fist ban just wait 30 days till you can play again

Using cheats is certainly not safe from ban. You have to play honest if you want to be safe
