Making Additions to The UI loader?

I've used many hacks on this website that were virus free, worked well, and were easily accessible, but aren't on the UI loader. I'm not familiar with how loaders work or how hard it is to maintain one, but is there a reason why there aren't more cheats on the loader?

The reason why there are not many cheats; To prevent members from opening late in cases where their computers are slow and their internet is heavy.
