console wont open

I have a problem with the console. It closes after security check success and won't proceed to "(KDLoad) Driver loaded success" how do I solve this issue? I am doing this on a Diskless client PC in an Internet Cafe. PC has no Security like an AV since it will just refresh after reboot. Windows...
