I do not expereince this for sports, however, just normal things that happen throughout the day i felt like there is deja vu from a dream. Like i already dreamed of this moment happening.

this is called "déjà vu." it's a feeling of familiarity with something that should be new to you. it's thought to be caused by a temporary disconnect between your short-term and long-term memory, causing you to experience something in the present moment as if it has already happened in the past. it's a pretty weird and fascinating phenomena haha
