RealUI Loader Dosen't Open

When i run it a small black window opens and gets stuck. I opened it yesterday no problem but today it's not opening. Even after i force stopped it from task manager and opened it it's not working. I reinstalled it 3 times too

If you can't download the dlls, remove them completely and try again.
