Apex legends Hack Failed to hook

When i start apex legends hack it say Failed to hook please restart PC and try again or upgrade your window
Currently I'm using window 10 PRO 21h1 hyper V disabled
What I already tried
Restart PC still the same
Update to window 10 PRO 21h2 still the same
downgrade to window 10 PRO 21h1 still the same
Any help is appreciated
