i had this problem since a day now i disabled secure boot and anti virus and hyper v

maybe you should check all anti-virus software on your computer

Hello sir, you should close windows defender with ''defender controller'' application and delete all of your anti-virus softwares like malwarebytes, kaspersky, mcafee then try again.
