update windows, disable Hyper-v/ vanguard/ defender. in the worst case you have to reinstall windows if you wanna use them

I had same errors b4, i figured my anti virus had built in protection that couldn't be disabled (AVG) so i simply uninstalled my anti virus

Make sure to disable all security settings in windows before cheating!!!!! TURN THEM OFF ALWAYS
