So it could be ur storage device honestly if you have a good GPU. If you have a slow storage drive with a high texture budget you will get this error. I had the same issue on Forza horizon 5, my old HDD couldn't keep up with my 3060

try use Rc ... FBS and go to your sream go to apex in steam right click setting then fix flie game

if your gpu defective you can get this error one of your memory ic's might have gone bad or just failed
