BSOD Caused by Vanguard"vgc.sys"

As the title says I am getting the Blue Screen Of Death whenever I launch the Valorant RC cheat.
I looked at event viewer and gives me the information that
"The vgc service terminated with the following error:
Incorrect function."
Getting BSOD caused by the "vgc.sys" which is the Vanguard anti cheat so how do I launch the cheat without it blue screening?
I tried reinstalling windows twice from Windows 10 22H2, 20H2, 21H2. (All on Windows 10, but the main idea should be that changing and reinstalling windows is not the solution)
I have all windows defender permanently off from the regedit.
No other anti virus is currently active on my computer and firewall is disabled.
Same error with vgc trying to terminate the driver and it crashes my pc.
Any ideas to try?

I tried the disabling of Hyper-V. I don't know what it is, but it is disabled and I also added the regedit for the drivers still no change after restart. I will try again later. Also to note I used the Valorant RC before the latest patch 3/16/2023 and it worked fine that is the confusing part.

Just opening the RC cheat crashes pc even when valorant launcher isn't open.

Weirdest thing happened I played a few games legit with a friend and everything was fine. Then afterwards I launched the RC Valorant and it worked. I will try to recall everything I did, but mostly I updated my graphic drivers.
