WWindows 11 really has too many incompatibilities

[cinnn]

[vexxrise]

its working on windows 11 but if it doesnt then use comp mode for windows 7

[ZypheAstro]

[lunnar]

Its working on window 11 i guess

[DarkestAce]

cheats do work on windows 11 just not the 22h2 version of windows 11 sadly. 22h2 has new drivers n such so RC doesn't work right/operate well on it. Some cheats work on it but barely any

[abdeljalil97]
