You could use the fps booster or downgrade your WinVer I'm on 1809 debloated and it works fine for me

Try using the fps booster they provided

or just clear with win+r the "temp" or "%temp%" folder its a crash.txt file

you could try control+shift+Win+B
if it didnt work then check your task manager to see whats causing it.
if you cant still figure it out might be virus
