I would like how you could create a cheat/hack for online games, or if anyone knows of a page/forum/video that explains how to do it.
I currently have knowledge in programming with C++ and JavaScript.

I recommend you joining Cheat-Discord-Servers. Often there are also programmers in these kind of servers that can explain it to you.
Sadly I cant code and I´m currently not on any kind of programming servers but I was once in one and they had community programming evenings in which they explained everything and how everything works

try learning first how to bypass i would say roblox but not anymore there are games that are find for cheating so you can learn how to bypass user mode anticheats/kernal mode anti cheats or even websites
