I really need help on setup RealUi

when i set up RealUi-installer.it show me this :An unhandled error occurred in the application: To "Continue": The application will ignore this error and try to continue. If you click "Exit", the application will close immediately.i got a txt inataller-error-log.txt. .I have restarted my computer countless times, my computer's windows system version is 21h1, but every installation prompts me this.I have even redone my computer system but everything is useless

Enable Net Framework 4.8 in Control Panel>Program and features> Turn windows features on or off, and restart pc

Make sure Windows sees your internet, delete your anti virus software.

Make sure to turn off anti-virus software and or get rid of it. Make sure anything else isn't downloading so you can get a stable connection to the RealUILoader
