Hello to those reading this. so here's the thing, I have been muted on the Discord server because I was trying to help out someone and posted a link on the server which was actually prohibited.
so my inquiry was to ask how it can be lifted out since I really like to converse with people on the RC Discord server so I added this one discord staff and ask for some advice how I can lift my muted status. I really felt it was rude of him to just left me out in the dust after saying something.
since I can't get any advice on discord, I guess it is also a very good option to seek advice here since people on the forum is nicer than on the discord server.
Do you have any Idea how I can lift my muted status on discord?

There was a language barrier which led to a misunderstanding.
