Permanent reinstalling

Everytime I boot up my pc I can't use/find the loader and have to reinstall it.
Even when using the windows search bar :///

Does it get deleted by windows-antivirus?

the anti virus might delete it when u start the computer, try exclusive the app so the anti virus doesn't delete them.

I cant find the application.
Just the installer. Even whern I just installed the programm it only shows up in the taskbar/task-manager

if you don't have any anti virus then it prob window defender delete most of the stuff.
