The cheat is not working, i start the cheat it says press F7 in the lobby, says Initiliazing render , after, but nothing happens!

i dont see nothing. I just hear a BEEP after i press F7 and nothing happens. No Menu on F1 key press, i have the window mode to. Tried in all modes.
