most likely adblocker or wrong browser being used. You also have to keep the window focused. meaning u can not use another tab on the browser while doing that.

if you have a vpn or a adblocker turn it off , if not just try connecting to a different internet (wifi)

there is some possiblities.
1. Country restriction(i think it is not)
2. VPN or some connection spoof
3. your browser issue. Use Edge
