when i used it in the past i used Windows 10 20H1 and it worked now i have the latest version and an AMD cpu so i don't know if it works with this type of system, and to be precise W10 is 64 bit/64x, you can check it in the system proprieties, just right click on thwe windows logo in the task bar [bottom-left] and click system and it should open the settings app with all the info you need.

Apex Legends cheat and cheat supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 versions. But if it gives you an error, I recommend you to switch to Windows 10 2004 or 1909. These are the most stable Windows versions. If you're too lazy to switch, don't worry, this problem will be completely resolved soon.
