Apex Legends Cheat, Driver Failed Hook Multiple Times

I've been trying to use the Apex Cheat for about a week now but it wouldn't go past this screen. I am currently on Windows 10 version 1909. I'd reinstalled windows 1709 and 20h2 and 21h2 previously before settling on version 1909 currently. No matter what winver im on it doesnt seem to hook successfully but, on the other hand, other cheats work just fine, any idea as to why?

As well as which winver does the Apex Cheat work on?

Try deactivating windows defender or any antivirus if not work wait for admin.

There are several methods to solve this problem;
-pc res at try again.
-Restart the cheat.
-Turn off or delete all anti virus software. ex; Windows defender, feceit, malwarebytes etc.
-Update your Windows version with update.
-Format pc and try again
-Change the Windows version.
21h1/21h2/1909/w11/w10 etc.

Usually formatting solves this problem.

Re-installed Windows cause reformatting didn't work but it got fixed, thanks for the help

I had to re-installed windows 1909 and updated to 20h2 which fixed it for me, thanks for the help.
