bu arada hilesiz oynayip 30dk içinde ban yiyen hesaplar için ea'in kendi sitesinde ticket attım cevap gelmedi daha onlardan cogu ihtimalle olumsuz gelir

Once banned on apex for the day. Dont create another account in the same day. Wait till the next, because at that point your IP address and all that mess is in their system as flagged recently, so it will catch up on it. If you wait, the likely hood of them banning another account the next day, is slim to none, recently they havent been doing hwid bans, but however. They will ban someone making X amounts of accounts back to back to back to eachother because your info is still fresh in the system. Wait till the next day and youll be able to make a new account and be good to go. That way it gives them time to have your ID and all your info further down the line or reports. Hope this helps.
