Apex & Valorant Cheat Console Won't Open

I selected APEX and pressed the start button, but Console does not start.
I also tried with VALORANT and RC FREE SPOOFER, but it was the same.

AntiVirus off
Windows Defender off

So Windows Defender and antivirus are not turned off. Try turning it off with Defender Control.

I tried to use DEFENDER CONTROL, but CMD did not appear.
