Can't complete ad 4pproval on step two

When i launch RealUI and try to go through the process like normal, I can't complete the last ad 4pproval. I have done it on two seperate pc's, and neither one work. Google chrome is default, no add-ons. Was working this morning. Literally stopped working an hour ago. New fresh windows install with chrome and realui and apex. That's the only programs. Windows defender is completely disabled on both pc's.

remove all your chrome extensions, I got it work after removing several extensions
