Loader Freezes Computer

Whenever I try and launch the UI my pc freezes any help please?

it also doesn't appear when I run it as administrator it only appears when I have the exe by itself on desktop but then that freezes my pc

I'm also running Norton360 for my antivirus with intrusion prev, data protector, sonar protection, auto protect, and smart firewall off

Delete all antivirus software and turn off windows defender completely.

Restart your computer and download and install RealUI Loader. Do not move the exe file from the file location after installing.
