RealUI loader stuck on step one ad click

Ive ended the task, restarted PC. double checked all of my antiviruses. restarted loader. i get to step one "click on any 4dvertisement" and my browser isnt opening up another tab anymore, it redirects me on the same tab as the website but opens the ad. Loader is stuck on step one #3. This has been happening just today only. Yesturday was fine. Is there a fix or is this just a bug? Anyone else having this issue? I dont want to sign in on another browser due to it will ban me for sharing my account.... Im even afraid to log in on my cell phone due to it may think im sharing my account, let me know what to do. Thanks yall!

First of all, you can log in to your account from different devices and your browser, we do not perceive it as account sharing.

1) Disable all your ad-blocking tools/extensions.
2) Disable all your vpn tools/extensions.
3) Disable all your anti-privacy tools/extensions.
4) If you are using Opera, Opera has its own ad-blockers and privacy-protectors, turn them off. This setting is located at the top right of a tab.
5) Close all browsers running in the background.
6) Close the open dekortab.com/realitycheats.com tabs in your browser and try in a new tab.

This happened out the blue one day...
ive deleted and redownloaded.
ran as admin
closed everything out and started straight with the loader.
ive turned off all blocking of pop up ads.
firewall has always been off.
ive closed tab and reopened.

This happened at random one day, all of a sudden couldnt get past step 1 number 3. Ive always clicked on the same top left ad to get through it. Ive tried clicking on other ads. still doesnt let me past it for some reason.

im using microsoft edge.

I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!! i went through all of the apps installed on my computer and i guess while downloading other programs one must have gotten installed. i had to uninstall it. either way i got it. Thanks for telling me or giving me the idea to check on that.
