Unable to Initialize RealUI Loader

Hello.

When I download RealUI and run RealUI.exe, it starts for a moment, but then immediately quits.
I can see RealUI.exe in the Task Manager, but it immediately becomes Not Responding and disappears by itself.

AntiVirus is turned off.
Windows Defender is turned off.

Please help me find a solution.
