here is my laptop, it only has 12gb, im thinking about upgrading the ram to 16 and add another 250gb ssd. daz y im asking first if it'll improve my gaming experience

ram will increase your laptop performance and ssd will make your laptop more faster

Definitely it can especially an m2.0 drive if you have an slot for that in your laptop. Ram can also increase a lot of fps. I also found out that some laptops are like pcs you can like swap the cpu out of an laptop. I do not recommend it but if you're experienced enough you can maybe give it a try.
