I sometimes force closed while playing PUBG, my old pc was i5-3570k with 16gb ram and gtx970.
At first I thought it was normal because of my old hardware, but apparently this happened to my friend's new laptop with i7-11800h 16gb ram and rtx3060 .
Maybe someone has the same experience

temperture can crash a single game? i don't think so man..
i think its crashes because of not enough ram or cpu/gpu old or or not good enough, but it might be anything, maybe directx, maybe problem in window, it could be a lot of things
usually the game crashes when you're using the wrong drivers or if they're out of date,u need to make sure you have updated pc and gpu drivers.
if its still doesn't work There might be an issue with the current installation of the game
try to reinstall and delete all the associated files, how to delete them:
Windows Key+R
type %localappdata%

Delete the folder TslGame
go to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
and delete the exe file
then go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete PUBG folder
before reinstalling Clear Steam download cache(if u don't know how to press Here).
and then re-install the original pubg and no backed up files.
and thats it u should be good to go
